Each 0-20° Latitude Bonbon is hand-molded in 55% direct-trade Ecuadorian chocolate and filled with a soft Ishema Dark Roast-infused ganache of directly-traded bittersweet and milk chocolates from Latin America, Baker Brook Farm cream, and Casco Bay Creamery butter. Each Hazelnut Latté Bonbon is hand-molded in fairly-traded Latin American milk chocolate and filled with a soft Rwanda Bean Ishema Dark Roast-infused ganache of house-made organic honey-roasted hazelnut paste, Latin American milk chocolate, Baker Brook Farm cream, and Casco Bay Creamery butter.
